During the first phase of the project’s implementation, the job profile, learning unit and outcomes will be structured in accordance with EQF and ECVET. Then, the training curricula will be developed, identifying key issues and trends in the specific content area with research of best practices, recent issues and trends and creation of the state of the art analysis. This will happen through the development of a questionnaire.
The data collected from the needs’ assessment, in conjunction with information from the state of the art of the research and the key requirements of the professional job profile will be the baseline of the curriculum development.
The course materials and training content will be developed, and thhe course will be attractive due to its interactive content for teaching and assessments (video recorded interviews, assignments, quizzes, drag and drops exercises, mark the words, summary statements, etc).

The ReFashion webpage will be developed, where the basic project information open for disclosure will be published, and allow users access to the e-Learning platform. The platform activities involve the definition and selection of functionalities to be implemented to the e- Learning platform and the specifications for it’s development.
The specifications include the selection of the Content Management System (CMS), definition of the basic layout, the screen design, the usability concept, programmed templates, programmedfeatures such as the message boards, Digital Rights Management (DRM). The e-Learning platform will include the training material (IO1) and interactive content. After that, the platform is going to be developed and published on the project webpage (with access will only be provided for course participants on registration).
Feedback collected during project meetings and the pilot trainings and internal trials will be used to improve the design and functionalities of the platform, and a final test of the e-Learning platform will be performed during the Course testing (IO3). Finally, feedback from the participants will be considered using a specific questionnaire.

The objective of this intellectual output is to evaluate and test the training content and the functionalities of the ReFashion e-learning platform during four pilot trainings, performed in all partners’ countries. The piloting will take the form of blended teaching activities, feedback collection further used for the refinement of the learning products. A short Pilot training report will present the performed activities, and the feedback provided by participants.

PR4: ReFashion Consumer Guide
The objective of the intellectual output is to provide an informational guide for consumers that is easily accessible and understandable. This guide is an adaptation of the courses created for businesses, a simplified version catered to
regular consumers to educate them on issues of the industry and what the appropriate attitude and behaviour is regarding the consumption care, and appropriate disposal of garments.
ReFashion Consumer Guide is expected to educate consumers for making more sustainable choices, changing habits and lifestyle. On long term, changing consumer choices will contribute to reduction of environmental impact (CO2 emission, water pollution, the sue of chemicals, materials consumption, etc)
