Thousands of swimwear collections, mostly made of plastic materials, are launched every year, always dictating new trends, and no matter where we spend the summer, poolside, at the beach, at a crowded bathhouse or simply in our backyard, we all want to feel our best when we wear our swimsuits. This leads to a compulsive search for the latest fashionable bikini that will make us look like one of those Instagram models.
However, while our swimsuits need to work in harmony with our body, they should also work in harmony with the planet. But.. why is it important to buy and support sustainable swimwear brands?
